Ordering
Ordering may be conducted online, over the telephone, fax, mail, or e-mail. Credit and debit card orders will be accepted on our secure on-line shopping cart or by telephone. Please make checks and money orders payable to "Lavender Green." If you are using a check or money order, we must receive payment prior to shipping your order. For security reasons, credit/debit card payments require your daytime telephone number so that we may confirm account information. Your credit card will be posted by LavenderGreen.

Product Design Time
Our hand-crafted and sewn products are made to order for freshness. We create all of the products in the Cottage- Craft tradition, working with local designers and sewers. Products are typically made the week of your order and shipped Priority Mail, but we suggest to allow two weeks for us to do this for you. Custom orders will be posted to your credit card when started by our sewers.

Returns, Replacements and Refund Policy

We hope that you will be delighted by your purchase, but if you are not we will accept returns within 30 days for a full credit or exchange, excluding shipping costs.  Please notify us immediately if your order is damaged in shipping. We will replace it ASAP at no cost to you if you will provide a digital picture of the damaged package and contents. Custom and bulk orders for 12 or more units of a particular item cannot be returned for credit or exchange because they cannot be re- listed on our website, so we encourage you to ask for a sample before placing a quantity order of 12 units or more. 

Shipping
We ship LavenderGreen orders via US Priority Mail for a flat fee of $7.90.  Some orders need to be packed in  more than one package and if your order exceeds $150.00 and requires more than one box, you will receive one package for free Priority shipping. Priority Mail service typically arrives in three days within the continental United States. Express service and International orders are re-calculated at the time of delivery and may be posted to your account after the initial order is processed.  Many of our products are sewn to order or hand-crafted to order, so please allow two weeks for shipment of these items..  Please e-mail  Ginna if you have  questions about shipping.
